Watch: Black Panther Wakanda Forever Comic Con Panel

While we're still reeling from watching the emotional impactful trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, I felt compelled to post the Comic Con panel, where Ryan Coogler, Lupita Nyong'o, Letitia Wright, Danai Gurira, Florence Kasumba and Winston Duke, in addition to introducing newer characters, including RiRi Williams and Namor the Submariner.

Speaking of which, I started to choke up when Tenoch Huerta, who plays Namor started speaking to the crowd in Spanish about inclusion and representation on the big screen.

The first time I watched the trailer I didn’t really take it all in because I was hyped to see how they were going to make the movie work without the presence of Chadwick Boseman. After watching it again, I got all upmin my feelings and started uncontrollably crying. I feel Wakanda Forever will be the most impactful Marvel film of the year, and I can’t wait to see Namor on the big screen.

I have seen some people on social media getting upset over the fact that they won't get to see Storm and Black Panther get together, and that director Ryan Coogler has made Shuri the new BP, the latter which follows cannon from the comics.

Personally speaking,as long as you tell a great story, I don't need for the films to follow everything from the comics.

My issue with some of the films of phase 4 was that they focused too much on putting all these Easter eggs in their films and TV shows, which in the end left a lot of moviegoers and TV watchers confused because most moviegoing audiences don't read comics.

I am a huge Ryan Coogler fan, and so far he hasn't let me down with his cinematic body of work, so I trust that he will do a great job with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
