For as long as Drag Race has been on the air, there have been a plethora of fans (and Drag Race queens) who have taken to social media to pitch ideas for an All Stars season.
Now media personality, actress, and Grammy winner Ts Madison recently gave her two cents on an All Stars idea while on the MTV VMA's red carpet.

While on said red carpet, Parade Magazine asked Madison her thoughts on what the franchise should do next. The 2024 VMAs were arguably the queerest ever, in part because Madison, Sasha Colby, and the queens of RPDR season 16 all showed up and showed out. Pause for a little commotion for the dress:
So when asked about where she wants to see the franchise go, Madison pitched this: not an “All Stars: All Winners” season, but “All Stars: Every Winner.”
Madison said, "I think the franchise should pool together the all of the former winners and do the battle - the battle for THE crown for all the winners." Already a very bold pitch, she added, "And I'd like them to bring back Tyra Sanchez, all the girls who have been like, ostracized, and I'd like to get them in a room and battle."
Now here's the kicker. Madison saves the biggest bomb for last, and added, "And I think the prize should be $1 million."
I don't think WOW has the tucked cojones to bring King Tyra back, just like I don't think they'll ever bring Willam back for a regular All Stars Season. Sharon Needles also won't be invited back over past allegations of racism and grooming.
I do think with all the money that they are accumulating from this show that they do need to raise it higher than $200k.
With all the time, money, and work these queens put in just to compete on All Stars the series definitely needs an increase in prize money. Especially with MTV giving $1 million cash prizes over at The Challenge.
So why can't they do the same for Drag Race?
As for Maddie's idea, we need a bit more specifics as to what kind of battle? Should it be one big Lollaparuza? Are only winners of the past 16 seasons allowed to compete? Or are All Stars winners allowed to compete as well? What would this "battle" look like? How closely would it resemble a regular season, or an All Stars season? Or any past season for that matter. Will there be eliminations? Or will it be another non-elimination season?
Or will it be another Sasha Colby season or the first all winners season where we pretty much knew out the gate that Sasha Colby and Jinkx Monsoon would win?
I have so many questions. I need to know the teeeeeeaaaa! I just hope that if it does end up happening that the season will be much better than the mind-numbing trainreck we're currently sitting through known as Global All Stars.
