The trailer for the fifth season of All Stars has finally dropped, and the upcoming season has more twists and turns than an episode of How To Ge Away With Murder. In the previously-released teaser for the show, we’ve become aware that all rules have been suspended by Mama Ru , and as the show continues to grow in popularity there’s no shortage of major celebrity judges.
Making their way to the judges’ table beside RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley and Ross Matthews are: Ricky Martin, Tessa Thompson, Madison Beer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Nicole Byer, Sarah Hyland, Tommy Dorfman, Canada’s Drag Race judge Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman, Bebe Rexha, Jane Krakowski, Sam Richardson, and Todrick Hall.
As for what’s set to go down this season, after Shangela lost the crown during season 3, and the show gave in to a two-way tie between Monet X Change and Trinity The Tuck, for season 4, producers have come up with a new way to keep the eliminations interesting (and hardcore fans from rioting on Reddit).
According to the press release, lip syncs will be against the top queen and a secret lip sync assassin (I’m expecting those secret assassins to be Peppermint, Kameron Michaels, Alyssa Edwards and Coco Montrese, to name a few). If the top queen wins they get to send one of the bottom queens home and win a $10,000 tip. If they lose, the bottom queen will be chosen by a (second twist) secret group, and the $10,000 tip will roll over to the next week.

Also in the trailer, I’m sure you saw this season won’t be short on drama, especially between Las Vegas drag performers Derrick Barry and India Ferrah, the latter who has said some not-so-nice things about Derrick’s significant other Nebraska Thunderfuck.
