Condragulations to RuPaul’s Drag Race season 9 runner-up and All Stars 4 co-winner Trinity The Tuck, who took to social media to announce that they identify as trans and nonbinary.
They announced the news via Instagram on March 31, which marked the International Trans Day of Visibility.
“That’s why I altered my body starting at the age of 21 to look more feminine and also started hormone therapy for a short period,” the queen explains in a post captioned: “It’s not always easy but love yourself! Life’s a journey! ❤️🏳️⚧️”
She continues: “I stopped because I personally don’t know that I would be comfortable living as female with the way id physically look. Everyone has their own journey I suppose.
“I’ve spoke [sic] with many of my friends who are trans to get their thoughts and insight over the years. I still don’t know where my journey will take me but I am trans-NB. I wanted to share my feelings in hopes that others who felt like me would know they aren’t alone.
“Sending out love! I hope it finds you,” they add.
Everyone from Drag Race judge Michelle Visage to fellow season 9 contestant Peppermint have showered Trinity with support. I’m just curious to know if this ruveal will play out when All Stars 7 (aka the All Winners season) airs on Paramount+ later this year.
