Nicole Scherzinger And Pussycat Dolls Creator Robin Antin Settle Three-Year Legal Battle

Nicole Scherzinger and Pussycat Dolls creator Robin Antin have settled their legal disagreement and will not be heading to trial over the cancelled Pussycat Dolls reunion.

Attorneys for Scherzinger and Antin jointly filed court documents Friday in Los Angeles stating that the “parties have reached a settlement in principle, subject to the execution of certain written agreements.”

The notice, obtained by Page Six, did not disclose the terms of the settlement.

A source tells us that Scherzinger, 46, and Antin, 63, “actually came to a resolution months ago but needed some time to formalize the details.”

In response to Friday’s filing, the court canceled a jury trial that had been scheduled for Dec. 9 and replaced it with a hearing on Jan. 28, 2025, to dismiss the case.

Lawyers for Scherzinger and Antin did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Antin sued Scherzinger in September 2021 for allegedly refusing to participate in the Pussycat Dolls’ first tour in a decade unless the frontwoman was given complete creative control and 75 percent of the profits.

Scherzinger’s attorney called the suit “meritless” in January 2022, stating that the singer had simply asked to renegotiate her contract after the COVID-19 pandemic repeatedly delayed the concerts, which intended to promote the group’s comeback single, “React.”

That same month, Scherzinger announced the tour had been scrapped altogether — much to the surprise of her “incredibly disappointed” bandmates Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta, who claimed to have found out the news via the “Masked Singer” judge’s Instagram post.

The drama came to a head in August 2022 when Scherzinger filed a cross-complaint against Antin, accusing the choreographer of mismanagement and misappropriating funds, which she denied.

However, the pop star — who is currently on Broadway in “Sunset Boulevard” — signaled in July that she was finally ready to move on.

“I love my Dolls. I love the Pussycat Dolls,” she told the Daily Mail when asked about the likelihood of another reunion. “So, I always say never say never.”
