Pop princess Kylie Minogue is giving the gays what they want. While in quarantine, the singer has been keeping herself quite busy. She’s currently recording her 15th album at her home studio (which she stated a while back that will be a mature disco record), learning Logic to engineer her upcoming record, and just two days ago her hit single In My Arms surpassed 11 million streams on Spotify. Well how surprised was I to learn that Kylie has quietly launched her own brand of wine.
Called Kylie Minogue Rosé, fans spotted the drink being sold at UK supermarket Tesco selling for £9 (roughly $11). After a little more digging, an official wine website was unearthed with the simple message “coming soon.”
Since there hasn’t been much promotion for this, and while I was doing some research learned that she had been talking to vineyards back in March, I’m guessing this is a way for the wine company to test the waters to see if this is something fans would want. My response to this is, ‘are they not aware of who Kylie’s fans are?’ The minute the website officially launches I’m sure they will have trouble keeping her brand of Rosé in stock.
As for KM15, Kylie has been working with dance music producers Alex Gaudino and Mousse T on her ‘grown up disco’ record, and there’s also rumors that Kylie’s recruited Mirwais or the new album as well.
So far I’m liking the production team she’s working with and if Mousse T is on board (who gave us the 90s classic dance track I’m So Horny), you know this album is going to be an album we dancing queens will have to get our hands on.
