The podcaster claimed Ariana was "trashy" for talking about "riding d**k" in the divisive track - which she dropped after backlash over her romance with Ethan.
The Wicked star, 30, began dating Ethan, 31, while he was still married to his ex-wife Lilly Jay, whom he has a young son with.
Ariana dropped yes, and? earlier this week from her new album, Eternal Sunshine, which will be released in March.
In it, she sings, "Your business is yours and mine is mine, why do you care so much whose d**k I ride?"
"Now it’s about the fact that she has come out with a song that basically celebrates her homewrecking capability," she raged.
"She’s just like, ‘Yes, And? I don’t care!’… Yes, I took your husband, took the father of your children, and so what?"
Sources close to Ariana and Ethan stressed at the time that Ethan had broken up with Lilly before their relationship began.
"We don’t want to picture you sleeping with Ethan Slater," the conservative author went on.
"We want to acknowledge, the general public, that her behavior is absolute filth. We just want to be able to read you for the trash that you are."
Candace also commented on Ariana's "disgusting" behavior with Ethan on the set of Wicked.
"He was married to his high school sweetheart whose name is Lilly Jay and they had just had their first child, after being together for almost a decade," she said.
"But that of course, didn’t stop Ariana Grande."
The political commentator added that Ethan was a "weak" man who "disgusts" her.
In July 2023, the news broke that Ariana was dating her Wicked co-star Ethan shortly after her split with her ex-husband Dalton Gomez.
Sources told TMZ that the pop star and the actor got together during the production of their musical film.
Since 2018, the Fosse/Verdon star had been married to Australian singer Lilly Jay, 29.
They welcomed a son in 2022.
Lilly told Page Six weeks after the romance rumors broke that Ariana was not a "girl's girl."
"My family is just collateral damage... The story is her and Dalton," she added.
Lilly concluded by saying she was focusing on being a good mom to her son.
