Hours after it was reported that singer Joe Jonas has retained a divorce lawyer, one third of the Jonas Brothers was spotted out and about still wearing his wedding ring.

Despite reports over the weekend that the couple is splitting after four years of marriage, Jonas was still wearing his wedding ring while performing with brothers Nick and Kevin in Austin, Texas, on Sunday as part of the Jonas Brothers’ ongoing concert tour, Us Weekly reports.
He also had the ring on the night prior as he and the other two brothers spent quality time together next to a fire pit, as seen in an Instagram post he posted that evening.
“Happy Labor Day weekend everyone,” Joe captioned the pic. “This tour has [been] incredible so far! Having a little family time in the Texas sunset tonight before a big Austin show tomorrow.”
In a comment on that post, one Instagram user wrote, “Who’s here after hearing divorce rumors.”
Those rumors circulated over the weekend, with TMZ reporting on Sunday that Jonas had his team contact two Los Angeles-area divorce attorneys and that the singer was “on the cusp” of filing paperwork to end his and Turner’s marriage.
Sources told the site that the couple has been having “serious problems” for at least half a year. They added that Joe has been caring for the couple’s two daughters — a 3-year-old named Willa and a 13-month-old — “pretty much all of the time” over the last three months, including during the Jonas Brothers’ tour.
Jonas and Turner, an actor best known for her roles in “Game of Thrones” and the “X-Men” film franchise, started dating in 2016. “We had a lot of mutual friends, and they’d been trying to introduce us for a long time,” Turner told Harper’s Bazaar in 2019. “We were following each other on Instagram, and he direct-messaged me one fine day, out of the blue.”
The couple got engaged the following year and tied the knot in 2019. They welcomed Willa in July 2020 and their second child almost two years later, according to People.
