Jennifer Lopez is channeling her inner Rita Moreno (or would that be Beyoncé) by turning her upcoming album This Is Me...Now into a musical experience.
A year ago yesterday (which would be Saturday), Jennifer Lopez announced that she would be releasing This Is Me...Now, the sequel to her third album This Is Me...Then, which she released 21 years ago.
Now the triple threat has revealed that her upcoming ninth studio album, which is set to be released via BMG/Nuyorican Productions in February 2024 will be a musical experience (read: visual album).
“This musical experience is a manifestation, through music, film, and reality, of a life’s journey on the search for the truth about love,” she wrote accompanying the teaser.
This Is Me…Now’ will mark Jennifer’s first album since 2014’s ‘A.K.A.’
