Stunt queen extraordinaire Fraudrick Hall just can’t seem to stay out of trouble. A few weeks ago he was dragged all over social media over his sociopathic behavior on Celebrity Big Brother, which he has refused to take full ownership over. Now he’s being dragged for not paying two months in back rent.
Now the real gag is he claimed he owns the home he proudly showed off in an 11-minute video he posted on his YouTube page. Weeks ago when I did my Drinks and Drag episode covering his behavior on CBB, there were rumors that the home he currently resides in was actually being rented by the Boys In The Ocean singer. Now it seems those rumors turned out to be fact.
For the record there’s nothing wrong with renting a home. Quite frankly I have lived the life of a nomad for most of my adult life, and I like the idea of picking up and going at anytime without dealing with the headache of trying to sell my home before I move on to the next one.
The problem with Fraudrick is he’s too interested in being a stunt queen and living beyond his means instead of being an adult and handling his business affairs. Instead he’s more concerned about buying a custom made Wizard of Oz outfit, instead of paying the people who work for him.
I wouldn’t be surprised that the story he concocted about his home being robbed and items being stolen was nothing more than an insurance scam, since he also claims he knows exactly who robbed him.

I even remember in a recent interview with his former assistant Tommy Italiano one of the interviewers revealing that Fraudrick had his fans help him move so that he wouldn’t have to pay a moving company. He paid his fans with boxes of pizza.
Now that I’ve gotten my shady commentary out of the way, let’s get to the story. So according to reports, Hall, 36, had agreed to pay $30,000 a month for a five-bedroom, eight-bathroom house in Sherman Oaks, Calif., but failed to cough up the money in February and March, according to the civil complaint filed Tuesday and obtained by the magazine.
Owners Avi and Orna Lavian claimed to have served the YouTuber with a pay-or-quit notice on March 3 by giving it to another occupant of the house, per the filing.
In addition to the $60,000, the landlords requested attorney fees, forfeiture of the agreement, damages of $1,000 per day and “all other relief the court deems just and reasonable,” Us Weekly reported.
At this point he might as well move out of that “dream home” and get himself a condo, because $30,000 is clearly too much for you to handle. Or maybe he needs to hit up his bestie Tayoncé and ask her for a loan.
