We’re just three days from the release of Scream (which is getting rave reviews, BTW), and Spyglass has released the final trailer for the fifth film in the horror franchise.
Speaking of which, while the short trailer gives us pretty much the same clips we’ve already seen, the trailer is filled with the positive from critics who got to see the film a week ago.
While I was disappointed with Scream 3 and 4 (justice for Kirby, BTW), I’m definitely excited to see what twists and turns directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett have jolted into the 25-year-old franchise.
Scream reunites stars Neve Campbell, David Arquette, and Courteney Cox as Sidney Prescott, former deputy Dewey Riley, and Gale Weathers, respectively.
Dylan Minnette (Goosebumps), Mason Gooding (Love, Victor), Kyle Gallner (Ghosts of War), Jasmin Savoy Brown (“Love”), Mikey Madison (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) Jack Quaid (“The Boys”), Melissa Barrera (“In The Heights”) and Jenna Ortega (“You”) round out the cast. Marley Shelton is also returning as Scream 4 character Deputy Judy Hicks.
