To deflect from her ongoing legal issues, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erica Jayne is making some pretty serious accusations against castmate Kathy Hilton.

According to TMZ, Jayne publicly accuses her co-star of using the slur off-camera during part three of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” reunion, which airs on Bravo Wednesday night.
Jayne, 51, claims that Hilton, 63, said the slur towards someone who was around the cast earlier in the season, but Bravo cameras were not filming when the alleged incident occurred.
“Production investigated Erika’s claim following the Aspen trip, but found it’s basically a case of she said, she said – Erika’s word against Kathy’s,” the insider told the outlet.
The cameras may have not been rolling during the alleged incident, but the source assured TMZ that Jayne’s allegation will play out on Wednesday’s reunion conclusion.
“In the episode, Kathy is adamant she never used the epithet and says Erika’s a liar,” the source added.
It also appears that the accusation splits up the cast – with some people on Team Kathy and others on Team Erika. However, the source claims that Hilton’s sister Kyle Richards remains “sitting quietly.”
Reps for Hilton, Jayne and Bravo didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Prior to the current season airing, unfounded rumors swirled that Hilton insulted her co-star Sutton Stracke’s assistant Joshua Roberts during the now infamous Aspen cast trip.
Stracke, however, denied the rumors when a fan asked if Hilton used “a slur when talking about your assistant,” to which Stracke replied, “no.”
“When I saw that about Josh, that’s going to make me not happy because untruths need to be squashed,” Stracke exclusively told Page Six in May. “And no one ever said that. Josh was not even in Aspen. This was ridiculous.”
The three appeared to be hunky-dory in an Instagram photo, with Stracke noting that Hilton “has been nothing but kind and respectful to him.”
Part three of the “RHOBH” reunion teases that Hilton will face off against Jayne and Lisa Rinna against what Rinna described as Hilton’s “psychotic break” during an off-camera moment on the Aspen cast trip.
Rinna, 59, claimed that during the alleged meltdown, Hilton called co-stars Crystal Kung Minkoff and Stracke “pieces of s–t” who should be “f–king fired” from the Bravo series, Dorit Kemsley a “stupid, useless idiot” and threatened to “f–king ruin Kyle.”
Hilton, Rinna and Richards, 53, sat down to discuss the alleged tirade, and while Hilton didn’t admit to saying any of those specific phrases, she gave her sister a vague apology for what she said.
Unfortunately, the sisters still appear to be on not great terms – with Richards recently telling Page Six she hopes they’ll be able to reunite.
“I mean, family’s family. You always come back together,” she told us. “So I will always hold out that hope.”
Like those accusations Lisa made about Kathy which were never filmed, I don't believe a word of what Erika is saying here.
And no shade, but if it turns out to be true I don't care on account of Lisa and Erika bullying people on the show as well as not taking responsibility for their own behavior.
As for Kyle, I'm not surprised bynthenfallout between she and Kathy, because Kyle lacks a spine. She asserts herself into situations that have nothing to do with her, but when she ends up in the middle of drama that actually concerns having her sister's back, she'll take the side of her co-workers instead of her own sister.
Which is why I'm not mad at Kathy for posting this tweet before it was quickly deleted.
