DRAG ICONS BIANCA DEL RIO & LADY BUNNY JOIN FORCES IN HHN: HATEFUL HAGS NETWORK

Here is your first look at the trailer for HHN: Hateful Hags Network, a new downloadable comedy special debuting on November 12th featuring unapologetic comedy queens Lady Bunny and Bianca Del Rio.

The two drag icons will bring all the laughs that were missing from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 12 and All Stars 5.

Premiering on Thursday, November 12th at 8PM on Vimeo, their brand-new roast gives a newsy nod to SNL’s Weekend Update, and it will be the first time the pair have appeared together since New Year’s Eve in London.  So much has changed since then and both are ready to super spread their own infectious brand of nothing-nice-to-say humor.

“Enough with COVID and politics,” exclaims Bunny. “It’s time for something really important… back-stabbing drag queens!” Bianca agrees. “Due to COVID, some Drag Race queens have opened OnlyFans accounts. Bunny and I would never do that. Not because of any moral objections – because we’re ugly!”

Bunny and Bianca share an irreverent sense of humor. While some drag queens like to spout platitudes like “Everybody say love!” and others read children’s books at drag queen story hours, Bunny and Bianca prefer to sling insults and dirty jokes.

This pair throws more shade than a solar eclipse. They’re double trouble with double the stubble. “If you’re overly PC, skip this show,” advises Bunny. “If you’re Drag Race fans and love twisted comedy, HHN: Hateful Hags Network is the perfect show for you!”

Produced by Bunny and Bianca and filmed and edited by Mikhail Torich, HHN: Hateful Hags Network will feature a truckload of gags, oodles of costume changes, Bunny’s signature musical parodies, and a musical number by a surprise guest – all in one download!

“Our totally fake newsroom is pure silliness and escapism for the many of us who suffer from news overload,” Bunny continues. Bianca Del Rio is best known for winning the sixth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and touring internationally to sold out crowds in venues like Carnegie Hall and Wembley Arena. Bianca made the leap to the West End stage as Loco Chanelle in Everybody’s Talking About Jamie. She’s starred in two Hurricane Bianca films.

Lady Bunny is best known for creating Wigstock, the outrageous festival of love, peace and hair grease which became the subject of two documentaries: Samuel Goldwyn’s Wigstock The Movie in 1995 and HBO’s Wig in 2019. Bunny is also a popular deejay who can’t wait until dance floors are safe to return to. Both performers confirm they were tested before taping… for rabies!

Tune in to HHH: Hateful Hags Network on Thursday, November 12th at 8PM EST. Tickets are $14.99 at Vimeo.
