Cassie Reportedly “Hurt” By Baby Oil Jokes & Memes Amid Serious Allegations Against Diddy

Diddy's ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura has reacted to the jokes and memes about the rapper's use of baby oil against his female victims.

The R‘n’B singer, 38, sent shockwaves around the world when she filed a lawsuit against Combs, 54, last November in which she accused the rapper of subjecting her to physical and sexual abuse during their decade-long relationship.

Now, months after the pair agreed on a settlement, the disgraced rapper has been indicted by New York prosecutors on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering.

Federal agents claimed they confiscated '1,000 bottles' of baby oil and lubricant from Combs' homes in Miami and Los Angeles – believed to be used in his ‘Freak Offs’ – as part of a probe, which quickly sparked a flurry of memes.

Cassie is reportedly 'hurt' by the jokes and is now trying to take a step back from the news around her ex after it was revealed he will be hit with a new lawsuit brought by more than 100 alleged victims, one of whom was a child.

‘She is hurt that people are making jokes and memes out of the baby oil because of what it could have been used for,’ an insider told DailyMail.com. ‘It isn’t funny to her or anyone who experienced similar.’

Combs’ lawyer Mark Agnifilo tried to explain the quantities of baby oil, claiming the incarcerated star buys in bulk.

'I don't think it was 1,000,’ he told The New York Post. ‘I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.

'And you know these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do, you know, we can't get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was there would be no more people.'

Cassie, who dated the Bad Boy Records founder from 2007 until 2018, is also ‘sickened’ by the latest bombshell allegations which claim he sexually abused a nine-year-old among others.

On Tuesday, Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee announced he is representing 120 new victims who he believes have legitimate cases against the rapper turned media mogul spanning a 25-year period.

‘Cassie had heard mumblings about the class action suit but broke down in tears when she was informed of the allegation about the child,’ the source continued.

‘She is planning to take time away from receiving updates because it has sickened her, and she hopes that anyone who was hurt receives justice and peace of body and mind.’

The insider said the mother-of-two and her husband Alex Fine are now doing ‘everything they can to protect their kids’ peace.’

On top of the claims made in her lawsuit about Combs’ behavior during their relationship, disturbing leaked surveillance camera footage also showed the rapper beating her in a hotel corridor in 2016.

But despite her lawsuit and subsequent footage inspiring other alleged victims to speak out, Cassie has chosen not to release a statement because she is still managing the pain of her experience.

'Cassie hasn’t released a statement about Diddy’s arrest because she is taking time away to focus on her peace because the details of the case are triggering,' a source previously told DailyMail.com.

'She is relieved that the case has escalated but she isn’t celebrating. She is upset that people didn’t listen to other alleged victims in the 90s because she would have been spared.'

In a statement to DailyMail.com after the indictment was unsealed, Douglas Wigdor, a lawyer for Cassie, said that 'neither Ms. Ventura nor I have any comment.'

Officials unsealed the indictment late last month, charging the producer with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He has been accused of arranging 'Freak Offs,' described as 'elaborate and produced sex performances' arranged and directed by Combs while he masturbated and often recorded them.

His indictment stated that some 'Freak Offs' would last for days, requiring Combs and victims to receive IV fluids to recover from the exertion and drug use.

Combs pleaded not guilty in a bail hearing that saw his legal team try and fail to win his freedom by offering the court a $50 million bail package.

The package included putting his $48 million Miami mansion and mother's $2 million apartment up as collateral, but a judge rejected the proposal and cited the gravity of the crimes Combs is accused of.

A list of Combs’ alleged accomplices is set to be released as part of the new lawsuit.

An attorney for Combs said on Wednesday that 'Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.'

He continued: 'He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.'
