While acting has taken up most of Brandy‘s time (she has Queens on ABC and the upcoming Christmas movie Best Holiday Ever for Netflix), she hasn’t forgotten about her first love, which is music.
After going independent with her critically acclaimed seventh album B7, it looks like Brandy is set to make the iconic Motown Records her new home.
In her Instagram stories, the vocal Bible teased a new song Nothing Without You, which she performs alongside her daughter Sy’Rai courtesy of Motown Records.
Then again, while she hasn’t officially confirmed that she is joining the Motown family (for all we know it could be a distribution deal), whether or not she signs to a new label or continues on the independent route, I’m always interested in what future musical journey she decides to take.
