Billboard has selected Canadian import Drake at the top of their list of “biggest rappers of the 21st century." Eminem ranked second, Kanye West claimed third, Nelly came in fourth place, while Jay-Z rounded out the top five. Nick Minaj was the only female rapper on the list.
Say what you want, but I actually agree with Drake and Nicki being on the list. You can say what you want about the way they move behind the scenes, but in regards to their impact on pop culture, that can't be denied.
