Amy Robach & T.J. Holmes Announce New Daily Show Together Titled Morning Run

Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are expanding their iHeart radio output with a brand new morning show, which is set to tackle all the latest news, entertainment, and lifestyle headlines.

Amy Robach and TJ Holmes announced Monday that they will release daily podcast episodes about news and entertainment.

The former “GMA3” co-anchors made the decision to “help listeners navigate the busy news cycle and historic political season this country is facing each weekday,” according to a press release.

Robach and Holmes, both of whom are avid runners, will continued to co-host their current iHeart podcast, “Amy & T.J.,” on which they discuss their romance, cheating scandal and subsequent ouster from ABC.

“It’s official! ‘Morning Run’ debuts today and will air Monday through Friday, bringing you daily news, entertainment and lifestyle headlines, keeping listeners informed and entertained every day of the workweek,” Robach captioned an Instagram post Monday.

“This will be in addition to our bi-weekly podcast that features more in-depth conversations and interviews. Hope everyone will check it out and start your day with us,” she added.

The couple shared the news less than a week after Page Six exclusively reported that ABC News has been dealing with a hiring crisis since firing Robach and Holmes in January 2023.

Sources told us that the network is on the hunt for rising star anchors to replace the pair, who were described as the “last talent who had the chops to follow” in the footsteps of current “GMA” anchors Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos and Michael Strahan.

“Losing them at ‘GMA3’ wasn’t the point. They were the primary replacements for ‘Good Morning America’! That was their real value. Michael, George and Robin take 70 to 80 days off a year. You don’t get rid of people like that so quickly,” one insider told us last week.

Another source explained that ABC has “good correspondents, but they’re not stars.”

“They have people who are good, but they don’t have the experience to deal with high-caliber talent,” another insider said.

Robach, 51, and Holmes, 47, had long careers in broadcast journalism before their relationship was exposed in November 2022, which led to them being taken off the air.

The duo have since expressed their disinterest in returning to the “grind” of morning TV.
